Now is your jcomments-v2.1.js called twice at the same page.

You change a lot in your files without understanding what you change. I don´t see any strange plugin doing this. Did you change much in your template index.php file?

Can you open your configuration.php in Joomla root and ad this ?

var $live_site = 'http://www.gilimag.com/gilimag';

I don´t know if it will help but try.
