Prevent comments displaying on multiple pages?

When an article with comment(s) has page breaks, is it possible to prevent comments from showing on every page, and make them only appear at the end of the article?

At present it looks like multi page articles are finished on page 1, because the comments appear there.

Other than that one quirky thing, what a great product we've found this to be!

1. Go to Joomla's plugin manager, select Content - JComments plugin and change parameter Content Event from onAfterDisplayContent to onPrepareContent.

2. In Joomla's plugin manager change plugins order - you need to set "Content - Pagebreak" after "Content - JComments".

But in my mind this isn't good solution. When user reads in blog that some article has 5 comments and clicks on this link he wants to read comments. But in this case he will got first article's page without any comments. And this could confuse him. Also there is no way to change this link to point to the last article's page. This because I prefer show comments on every page and allow users to comment all parts of the article.
