Top Users Module

Hello,
Firstly I'd like to ask if this module is going to see a public release?
if so then I'd like to ask few features added to it.

-Jomsocial and Community Builder support, I know it gets avatars, but also make avatars and usernames linkable to profile.
-Make ability to sort top users not by the biggest number of comments, but by the highest rating of summed up and down ratings.

I hope this is possible.
