Add comment button not working on certains urls

I´ve noticed that in some urls the add button comment doesn´t work. FOr example:


This one works fine: http://www.bernatmoreno.es/oliva-en-valencia
This one don´t: http://www.bernatmoreno.es/libros/oliva/sugerencias-sobre-oliva

But if I move the second one to: http://www.bernatmoreno.es/sugerencias-sobre-oliva (removing 2 folder urls) it works fine.

Any idea about the problem?

Only approved comments can be view by other users on particular post. Also there is a button missing that says something like show more comments.
In comment box you have to provides Number of Posts to display, after reaching this limit it will display view more comments button at bottom
When you are logged in and posting any comments, it will not display view more comments button for your not approved comments www.mcdvoice.com
