I have been trying to show the commentson articlesin  the forntpage of our site but I haven´t been able to find the cause.

Where are the comments activated to be seen?

How many comments can be displayed for each article?

The site url is: http://66.147.240.188/~clubacic/

the publishing of the site is only dependent now on the capability of showing the comments in the frontpage so I need your help on this soon.

Thank you

The comments list  could be shown on full article view only. In blogs we could display comments counter only.

Hi

Thank you for your answer, I have done exactly what you suggest and it worked.

I have only a further question.

Can the comments be showed "open" and the write a comment block be showed closed, just the button?

The problem is the write a comment block occupies much space in the home page.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Yes, you could setup this in JComments settings - go to View tab and check Comment form parameters group and set parameter Form to Hide. In this case under comments list only link Add comments will be shown. And only after click on it comments form will be loaded...
