Someone has registered on our site with a dodgy email address. We don't want to ban them as they have done nothing wrong.
However I would like to restrict his ability to post comments because I fear they may post links to porn sites.
Can I restrict comments for individual registered users like this?

In current JComments version - no, but in next version IP Ban feature will be available.
