HIDE DATE, CHANGE FIELD, SHOW/ FIELD, MOVE DISPLAY?

We're using this as a "Testimonials" page.  I've looked all over with no luck... Thanks in Advance!  I'm using with K2, but not really sure how the two come together just yet - kind of muddling through.

1.  How can I hide the date?
2.  How can I change the "Web Site" field to "Company Name"
3.  How can I get the "Web Site" field to show?
4.  How can I move the person's Name, Title and Company to the bottom and right justify?

We want the end result posting to look like:

Is there a reason no one is answering my question?  Should I post it somewhere else?

I'm alone developer and could not answer all questions on the forum. Beside JComments I've my work, family and some web-projects. So be patient please.

1. Edit file /components/com_jcomments/tpl/default/tpl_comment.php
2. You couldn't. This field could contain URL only
3. If this field filed the comment's author name is linked with it
4. Edit file /components/com_jcomments/tpl/default/tpl_comment.php

Also you could search through forum - some time I've ago posted link to small how to add extra fields to JComments comment form...

p.s. And don't use only capital letters in topic's title - it is unreadable.
