Hello!

[Using Joomla 1.5.17]

I tried to install com_jcomments_v2.2.0.0 automatically and over directory, but unfortunately the installation does not seem to work. Cry In the latter I get always messages of the type "cannot create directory XYZ", although the permissions are 777; I created the directories manually, but then it cannot copy the files. Copying the files manually did not change these messages).

Is there a guide to install everything manually? I have ftp access and no problem to modify contents of files.

Sorry but I don't know way to install JComments manually. Try check all directories permissions and reinstall JComments.

After enabling FTP in Joomla it got installed at once!

It seems very nice!... Thank you for this extension!
