Not sure if I'm missing this parameter in the back-end or if its just not available but it would be very convenient for users if they didn't have to re-enter the title in a reply comment.

If user replies to some comment and doesn't provide title it will be automatically generated as RE + title of replied comment. But this will work if title is unrequired only. If title required and user doesn't input it - it will produce an error. I'll think about this. Thank you for this suggestion.
