Can anyone tell me how I can make the "flat" layout with the reply feature, or to make the "tree" layout to have pagination? I like the tree layout, but I don't want my comments to go on forever on one page.  My site is greatly dependent on comments.   If I were to use the "flat" mode, it would be fine, but without the reply option, I can't use it.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.  I'm looking to have the comments to work similar to www.textfromlastnight.com   Huh

No, Flat layout will never support "Reply to" feature. In future version I'm going to add something like AppStore pagination (first N comments will be loaded initially and 'Next 25' link will allow to load next comments)
