Jcomments + IE = nothing

Hi everybody
First of all excuse my little english level: I'm not an english talker... So please: answer me the simpliest you can.
Secondly, I'm student in computing so i can understand many things.

And now: my problem!

I'm would to put comments on my site. After some topics on joomla forums, i decided to take JComments.
All was fine but yesterday a friend told me that she couldn't comment because comments area wasn't on page.

I'm using G. Chrome and all is perfect, on firefox it's a little less perfect, but it works!
And on Internet Explorer, (I'm on W7 so IE8) it doesn't. After looking on page's source code, i realised that the page wasn't load correctly, and that IE find and error.

it correspond to Microsoft KB927917. I read many topics, follow many ideas edit too much conf files (and after each test, i let the files like before)

I don't use any third part with JComments.

The page is: the "theme", the article (a flash content), a post-bar, and JComments.

I looked if the bug is only here and the answer is yes.

I think that the bug come from association between flash content and jcomments.

I found something interesting:


when i disable jcomment on the part of the site where my topic is, i have the same error  

but when looking at source code, i saw that joomla try to load jcomments even if it don't have to use it

Same problem here,

But there is no support comming from JoomlaTune for some weeks now..

I dont know why they won't help us, it kinda suckss.
