as soon as I change permissions for unregistered users of my website.. my website crashes .. !!!??

and as soon as I even have a registered user .. and I access a page with Jcomments it crashes

the same page works fine when accessed by an unregistered user.

and I also noticed it only has a problem with IE 8 .. it works fine with Firefox


please help
