Remove comments count

Hi!

Jcomments is great, but i have a question a seem to cant find the answer for.

When viewing my news in a section i have

time | author | # comments | icons

I would like to remove the comments count. How do i do that? I've tried to find the code, but no sucess? In which file can i remove this function when viewing news in a section.

Ps. i use gavickpro the world news...

It looks like the file you'd be wanting to modify is the template that generates that section of the page. If you stopped jcomments from passing the data all you would achieve is '0 comments' output all the time; which is why you need to modify that sections template files. If you're not using override files you should be able to find what you need in components/com_(your component displaying the page)/tpl/default. Based on how other components do it I'd guess the file you're looking for is going to be something like item.php. I don't have that specific component so can't be more specific, but I hope this points you int he right direction.
