JComments successfully installed at www.lifeandhopehaiti.org, but a couple nice features of the demo site seem to be missing -- up or down vote, report to administrator.

I didn't see plugins for those features.

How do you do enable up or down voting and a link to the administrator?

I'm not seeing it. I tried checking every open box under Administrator > JComments > Settings > Permissions > Unregistered and still don't see Up/Down or Report to Administrator.

Which settings? Are they on a different tab?

JComments v. 2.1.0.0. No plug-ins installed. Joomla 1.15.15.

Answering my own question ... Apparently you can't give a thumbs up/down for your own comments or as, I found elsewhere in this forum, to comments made from your IP. You can't even see the vote thumbs up or down icon, which is excessively clever.

Why this quirk in JComments couldn't have been made clear with small note in the admin section or in some documentation is a mystery to me.

Regardless, from elsewhere in the forum (after searching for 15 minutes) ...

Thumbs Up - Down Vote is disabled for:
1. Users who haven't rights to vote
2. Guests who have same IP as the comment
3. Users who already voted for the comment
4. The author of the comment

Anyone have an idea why Notify Administrator about Comment fails to appear?
