I am needing to replace the blockquote div because of a conflict with another css file (so the text is being adjusted by two different css files). I've been trying to dig around to find the file that generates the specific code "<blockquote>Quoted Comment</blockquote>" but have been unsuccessful.

Does anyone know which file I can find the code in?
