When i DELETE a comment, the number of comments shown at the article is NOT REDUCED. When i look in the DB the comments are not longer in it. Where is it getting the info from? and... how can i fix it?

From cache maybe. Have you activated Joomla cache plugin?
Fast, Jcomments works together with this plugin on too.
