Optimize tables with php 5.3.3 support?

Hi there!

This Joomla plugin Optimze tables by time  is really great and I have make a review at Joomla JED
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/hosting-a-servers/database-management/648

But I have problem when using it with it using php 5.3.3 got this error. I work perfect otherwize

How can this be fixed?

This isn't error but warning. You could disable warnings and all will work prefectly.

I've searched this error and found interesting item in Joomla Bug Tracker:

As you can see developers resolution:

As discussed in the google group, this is a result of a misconfigured server.
