PM notfication on comments?

Hi..

REALLY love Jcomments. BEST comment system.

My question is:

Is it possible to make the users get notification by PM instead of mail?

Should be possible to code it to the user PM instead right?
AND if so. is it possible to get the notifications automaticly when someone has posted a comment on your articles, images or other?

REALLY need a PM notification or likewise ON the website INSTEAD OF email.

I think you could make simple plugin for JComments and post notification into some PM system. JComments supports many events for plugin. This this case I think you'll need to use 'onAfterCommentAdded' event.

At this moment I've no time to make such plugin (and also I don't know what PM extension do you use) but I can answer on any question about JComments and its functions.

Currently im using UddeIM but if needed I can use whatever necessary.

Is it easier to make like the You got 1 new Pm thing instead? I mean when someone made a comment on a article you have made for example then a message comes up in the login module saying: you have (number) new comments.. and when clicking on it you get directed to the article or something..


today there is like 50 comments on stuff on my website everyday that user has commented on eachother so a notification of some sort (NOT E-mail) is REALLY needed.

I think this could be a good plugin, integrate with uddeim...  ...but im no coder... Any idea how to do this...
