I want to ask why if I click on comment on an article, then view the menu becomes cluttered and disorganized?

Seems that you have some issue related to CSS styles. May be JComments' styles are conflict with styles of your Joomla's template.

Unfortunately I can not give any guarantee that the template JComments will work with all templates Joomla. I test it more than 30 different templates, but such a situation is still possible. I can only advise you to install FireBug plugin for FireFox and see what styles lead to this effect.
